Appointment Cancellation
Notice Requirement: Patients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a late cancellation fee of [$100], which is not reimbursable by insurance.
No-Shows: If a patient does not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee equivalent to the service that the patient booked for, will be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in the suspension of services.
Refunds
Consultation Fees: Fees for completed consultations are non-refundable.
Prepaid Appointments: If a prepaid appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, a full refund or credit can be issued upon request.
Technical Issues: In the rare event that a session is disrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost or issue a refund, as appropriate.
