Access to Care
We are committed to providing timely access to certified Nurse
Practitioners. Appointments are scheduled as promptly as
resources allow, and care is delivered according to professional
standards and clinical judgment.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to
avoid late-cancellation fees. Missed appointments without notice
may be charged at the full appointment rate.
Promotional Discounts & Offers
First-time users: 10% off the first consultation.
Referral Program: $10 credit for both referrer and new user.
Scope & Limitations
Healthcare outcomes cannot be guaranteed. All
recommendations are based on individual clinical presentation,
evidence-informed practice, and professional standards.
Telemedicine has limitations, and an in-person evaluation may
be recommended if clinically indicated.
Complaints & Feedback
We encourage feedback and open communication. Concerns
may be addressed directly with our clinic management. You also
retain the right to contact the Professional Orders regarding
professional conduct.
Privacy & Emergencies
Your personal health information is protected in accordance with
