  • All staff are trained in confidentiality and data security.
  • Data is stored securely in Canada-based servers.
  • Access is restricted to authorized healthcare providers only.

  • All AI tools used in consultations are HIPAA/PIPEDA compliant and meet Quebec Law 25 standards.
  • AI outputs are reviewed and validated by a Nurse Practitioner change to “our practitioners” before being entered into your record.

  • Licensed healthcare providers directly involved in your care.
